SHIPPING POLICY

If the item you have purchased is in stock, it will be shipped out to you within 1 - 3 days.

If it is made to order/custom (this will be made clear when purchasing), please allow up to three weeks for the item to be made from scratch. 

​

Once the item has embarked on its journey, you'll receive confirmation via email along with a link to track its progress.

RETURNs & EXCHANGE POLICY

Since the majority of our products are made to order/custom made from scratch, we don't allow exchanges or returns.

​

In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged, get in touch with us at arloceramics.nz@gmail.com, with a photo of the damage and we can create a new one for you.
